Holy healthy muffins.
These soft and moist Healthy Almond Flour Banana Muffins are gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, and oil-free.
Normally that is everything which makes up a muffin, which is why they are usually on my “don’t you dare touch those” mental list. Plus, sugar gives me migraines and makes me sleepy – sugar in the morning? NO BUENO.
Made with almond flour, almond butter, oats, flaxseed, and banana, these healthy almond flour muffins are unbelievably devour-me-now delicious. No joke – I ate three as soon as they came out of the oven.
I recently came across a quote that I love:
“Treat your body like it belongs to someone you love.”
Treating your body with love, means eating foods that your body will love you for! These healthy almond flour banana muffins are “good food for the good life”.
Breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner, dessert… these muffins are perfect for any time of the day. Seriously you guys these muffins are the easiest to make and everyone will love them – even your hips!
Who wants a muffin without the muffin-top?! woot woot.
These muffins make a wonderful clean eating dessert. I like to pop one on the microwave, slather some peanut butter on top, and devour my under 200 calorie treat. You will have no regrets after this muffin, so go-ahead, have two!
